Progress Reports
Grantees who receive multi-year funding should submit a progress report in the online portal updating the foundation on the progress of achieving the goals and objectives identified in the proposal, as well as a financial statement indicating the use of the first year’s funds. This type of report will be due after the first year.
Final Reports
The Kimball Foundation no longer requires final reports. Returning grantees will answer additional report-oriented questions in the application.
Online Reporting Instructions
Enter the login information used for your organization’s proposal to access the Grants Management Portal. If you do not remember the email address that was used for your organization’s profile, please contact the grants manager. Do not register and create a new account.
Select the “Grant Reports to Complete” icon to access the report form and click the Grant Report link.
Save frequently using the “Save” button, as the form will not auto-save your work. This will also enable you to logout and return to the report form.
Click “Submit” when you have completed the report and uploaded the required attachments. Once you have submitted the report, it cannot be edited. You will receive an email confirming that your report has been received.
The foundation’s goal is to make the grant process as manageable as possible for prospective and current grantees. Please direct technical questions and feedback about the application process to Aki Amai, Grants Manager at aamai@pfs-llc.net.
